Terms of Service.

Rigid Technologies Ltd is a private company incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Licence No. CL14069. Registered office: Unit IH-00-01-01-OF-01, Level 1, Innovation One, DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: privacy@rigid.fi.

Rigid provides an issuer-processor technology platform for banks, fintechs, and other programme owners to launch and operate card programmes. The platform includes software for card issuance and lifecycle, authorization, fraud controls, ledger, KYC tooling, 3-D Secure authentication (including OTP where needed), and related APIs and console. Customers buy platform and technology access. Rigid is not a bank, does not take deposits, and is not a consumer messaging or A2P SMS product.

Access to the production platform, APIs, and console is subject to a separate written agreement with Rigid (for example an order form or master services agreement). If there is a conflict between that agreement and these Terms, the written agreement controls for that relationship.

The marketing site at rigid.fi is informational. It does not create a customer, banking, or payment relationship by itself. Demo requests and similar forms are invitations to talk, not offers.

In connection with card programmes that use Rigid's platform, you may receive transactional SMS or similar messages used for authentication and security—for example a one-time password as part of 3-D Secure or other step-up checks—when you (or the programme that enrolled your number) have consented to those messages. Messages may be sent by Rigid, by the programme owner, or by a messaging provider acting for either of them.

• Message frequency varies with authentication and security events. Message and data rates may apply.
• You can get help by replying HELP to a message from a Rigid-related sender, or by emailing privacy@rigid.fi.
• You can opt out of further non-essential SMS from that programme by replying STOP. After you opt out, a confirmation may be sent and further non-essential SMS to that number for that programme will stop, except where a message is required by law or needed to complete an authentication or transaction already in progress.
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, except where SMS is the authentication method used for a transaction you choose to complete.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must not misuse the website or services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, or use messaging features to send spam or unlawful content. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been breached.

The website, platform, branding (including “Rigid” and related marks), documentation, and software are owned by Rigid or our licensors. You receive only the limited rights expressly granted in a written agreement or needed to browse the public site.

How we handle personal data for the marketing site is described in our Privacy Notice. Platform and programme processing is governed by the applicable customer agreement and data processing terms.

The website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly set out in a written agreement. Platform availability, service levels, and support are as stated in your written agreement with us.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rigid is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the website or these Terms. Our aggregate liability arising from the website or these Terms is limited to USD 100, except where a written customer agreement provides different limits for the paid services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes that affect a contracted customer will be handled under that customer's agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Courts of the DIFC have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
